water ski camp california
what is a good RV camping site that has a lake you can water ski in?
my mom is looking for a good camp site in southern california to camp in a RV in any answers are good and the lake thing is beacuse she wants to teach us 2 water ski so any help would be great any answers rule!
3 spots come to mind, one is serrano campground at Big bear lake,
another other is silverwood lake near crestline. And another is Perris lake in Moreno Valley
All have full hook up camp sites, Big bear and silverwood are in the mountains and very beautiful, Lake perris is considered high desert with rolling hills all around it but when not Water Skiing they have lots of bike trails around the lake.
best skiing would be big bear followed next by Perris, Silverwood lake is divided by a wide center channel and only the north end has water skiing. fishing is great at all three. and Perris has waterfowl/upland game hunting.
All three fill up fast on the weekends through reserve.gov campground reservations.
